Next-Day Delivery
- We offer next-day delivery on select hair extensions, subject to availability.
- Orders must be placed before [cutoff time, e.g., 2 PM EST] to qualify.
- Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Pre-Order Deliveries
- Custom and pre-order items require additional processing time (typically 3-12 working days).
- The estimated delivery time (ETA) for each product will be provided at checkout.
- Once your order is ready for shipping, your chosen shipping method will be used.
Order Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
